Make a real difference for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults, families and communities

In this meaningful role, you will support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people accessing mental health services by providing culturally safe, respectful and community-informed care. Working as part of the Cultural Assessment and Liaison Team, you will use your cultural knowledge and lived experience to strengthen cultural safety, support positive care experiences, and advocate for consumers, families and carers.

Working closely with clinicians, community organisations and key stakeholders, you will help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people feel understood, supported and connected throughout their care journey.

Salary and benefits

  • Base salary: $77,342 to $106,358 per annum (HWF3)

  • Annual leave: 4-6 weeks per year with 14%-17.5% leave loading
